Sep 30 - Chief Executive Officer
The Board of Directors is seeking a Chief Executive Officer who will lead a team and program ready for significant growth in revenue and wishes. The Chief Executive Officer must bring a passion for Make-A-Wish® Idaho and vi-sionary leadership capabilities for staff, Board and volunteers. The Chief Executive Officer must show a demon-strated track record of managing and leading a successful fundraising department as well as a focus on program ex-cellence. In the opinion of the Search Committee, MAW-ID’s projected growth is dependent on the Chief Execu-tive Officer’s ability to lead a high-performing team and execute a more diversified fundraising program. There-fore, the Chief Executive Officer must be capable of managing and implementing a successful, robust fundraising program. This individual must possess intellectual horsepower and be persuasive, fair, and accountable. The new Chief Exec-utive Officer’s leadership must be focused on the core ethics of collaboration, self-improvement, and the drive for excellence, to ensure that the best services are being delivered to the children Make-A-Wish® Idaho serves.
